JS Unconf
The JS Unconf is a conference based in Hamburg for javascript developers. The "Un" syllable means, that, unlike other conferences there is no call for papers. Everybody participating is a potential speaker and proposes her speaker topic at the conference. The most interesting topic is then voted for by all participants.
